Who is Melbourne Lifestyle Medicine?

Melbourne Lifestyle Medicine provides programs and support for those wishing to transform their health using evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle interventions. With services ranging from our 10-week lifestyle medicine program through to private consultations Melbourne Lifestyle Medicine can support you and your health.

Why we started the program

We are passionate about helping people restore their health and well-being. We have seen individuals transform their quality of life through nutrition and lifestyle and we would like more people to know what is possible. Our own lives have been enhanced by vitality beyond our ages.

The public deserve better than the confusing and contradictory health messages they receive, particularly in nutrition. As a doctor, dietitian, and former research support librarian, we understand the collective whole of nutrition and lifestyle research and the evidence is clear and consistent. Our mission is to translate the science into simple principles and practices that could benefit everyone.

We developed this program on the back of our previous experience with a successful live-in 6-day program, and 3-week workplace program, short seminar and webinar events and clinical experience treating individual clients. The 10-week lifestyle program is our most comprehensive to date and we look forward to delivering life changing results for many people.
