If you are looking for an introductory program that you can do from the comfort of your own home in four sessions spread over 2.5 weeks – register for our 4-part Plant-Based Nutrition Webinar Series. We’ve been running these webinars since May 2020 and have had participants join us from all over Australia as well as from NZ, Asia and Europe. These are small group webinars so you can interact with us and have all your nutrition questions answered during the series. You can also use these webinars to test the waters to see if you would like to join one of our more comprehensive programs.

Part 4: Practical tips for transitioning to a healthier diet
During these webinars we explain what whole food plant-based nutrition entails, how it works and how to put it into practice. It gives a good overview for those new to a plant-based diet or to those already plant-based seeking to make further adjustments for health. We limit numbers in these webinars so we can facilitate group interaction and build a sense of community among participants.
Malcolm and Jenny have been providing one day seminar events since 2015. In 2020 the format was changed to a 4-part webinar series and so our one day seminars covering the why, what and how of whole food plant-based nutrition are on hold for now.
A great webinar series which I highly recommend. It’s so hard to find WFPB teachers in Australia. So happy that we have two of the best, worldwide.
I found everything useful. I liked how you structured the series and the themes for each seminar, starting with the medical/scientific evidence around diseases and moving onto the practical and finishing on the social/psychological. Understanding the science beyond WFPB diets was helpful. The practical information on what to eat was particularly important. I want to be able to eat a healthy diet easily and naturally, without thinking too hard about it. You helped me to do this.
All information presented was clear and articulate, well researched and I enjoyed the gentle humour and knowledge of presenters. Overall, very informative, educational and well-received.
