The Program
Our most popular workplace program is a 21-day challenge for employees to step up to a healthier new way of living. However we can customise this to meet your needs.
Our 21-day challenge involves 12 one-hour sessions which can be delivered as pre-work breakfast meetings or held during lunchtimes. We can deliver these face-to-face or online – or in a combination to suit your needs.

- Two preparatory sessions preceding the 21-day challenge
- Ten lunch or breakfast meetings featuring expert presentations
- Pre- and post-program biometric assessments (fasting blood tests, weight, height, blood pressure)
- Qualitative assessments (also pre- and post-program) – assessing energy levels, mood, sleep, pain levels
- Healthy meals served at in person sessions
The program involves:
- Expert advice from a GP and accredited practising dietitian
- Comprehensive nutrition and health information
- Cooking classes
- A 90-page manual and recipe book (with colour photos)
- Daily motivational and informational emails
- Virtual supermarket tour (actual tours available on request)
- How to read nutrition labels
- A closed Facebook group
- Extensive links to online resources
- Tips on healthy habits
- Individual medical and dietetic consultations as required
- Three monthly follow-up meetings are included.
- These are valuable for helping keep staff on a healthy path and for celebrating their ongoing health achievements.
